Class II: History of Long Island Sound (Murders, Shipwrecks, and Traitors, Oh My!) 
Sunday, October 27th from 12:30-2:30 pm.

Bring out your inner-child for a Halloween edition of Long Island Sound History. Discover the geologic history of Long Island Sound before it was "discovered" by European Colonists in 1614.  Travel back in time to discover fun facts about Long Island Sound that you might never have known while exploring an area lighthouse, all the while you'll hear tales of murder, intrigue and betrayal that just might surprise you!

MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE;

Details: land based; class will be conducted starting at NESS with a short walk to the Stonington Lighthouse Museum.
Enrollment: Minimum 4 participants
Date & Time: Sunday, October 27th from 12:30-2:30 pm

$100 for all three adult Marine Biology classes (Oct. 20th: Class I

"Coastal Impacts"; Oct. 27th: Class II "History of Long Island
