How To Keep That New Year’s Resolution
This year, make a resolution you know you can keep!

We are winding down 2013, and with it comes that look toward the new year. We think of every Jan. 1 as a fresh start, and so we make all kinds of resolutions to be better, nicer, healthier, fitter, thinner, richer, etc. Nearly half of us will make a resolution for 2014, but less than 10 percent of us will keep it!

Some great advice for sticking to that resolution, whatever it may be, is to be specific. Don’t just say ‘be healthier.’ Say, “I will work out 3 times per week.” Another is to put that goal in writing, and then track your progress so you can see how far you’ve come.
Whatever your resolution is for 2014, we wish you a safe and happy holiday, and a healthier New Year!
