Large Mixed-Use Project Pitched For Pawcatuck Site
A developer is proposing a recreation center, residential, and commercial use for a former movie theater site, according to a report.
STONINGTON, CT — A recreational center for pickleball plus residential and commercial space is being proposed for the former Hoyt's/Regal Cinema on Route 2 in Pawcatuck, according to The Day. READCO of Old Lyme is pitching the $25 million development.
The proposal includes 124 apartments in four buildings along with 10,000 square feet of commercial space.
