The Friends of the Mystic & Noank Library organization is sponsoring an opportunity for local published authors to present their books to the general public on Saturday, September 14, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (rain date Saturday, September 21). Twenty authors will promote their own work to anyone who stops by their booths on the lawn outside of the Library during the Expo. This is a way for the Friends to acknowledge and promote the many local authors in our community. Expected to attend are: Dan E. Blackstone, Jean Burgdorff, Laurie Burgdorff, Joanie DiMartino, Paul J. Dunion, Jo Gillespie, Anastasia Goodman, T. E. Greene, Susan Kietzman (Rain Date only), Cheryl Kling, John LaMattina, Ellie Levinson, Darrell Monroe, Bernard I. Murstein, Teresa M. Norris, Kathleen P. O'Beirne, Marlies Parent, Lisa Saunders (Rain Date only), Anna Troiano, and Marya Ursin. Unfortunately, there is no space for drop-in authors; please join us next year!
