Police said a man charged in connection with a recent stabbing incident in Mystic was arrested again.

MYSTIC, CT — Police said a man charged in connection with a recent stabbing incident in Mystic was arrested again over the weekend, as reported by the New London Day. Timothy S. O’Reilly, 28, was charged with assaulting his roommate following a dispute Saturday night, police said.

Police said the suspect was already free on bond following a Dec. 23 incident in which he was arrested and charged with assault and breach of peace, according to the New London Day. He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday on those charges.

On Dec. 23, police received reports that a man who had gone to buy narcotics from Alec M. Seekins, 21, of New London got into an altercation with Seekins and the suspect, the New London Day reported. Police said O'Reily punched him in the head repeatedly and that Seekins stabbed him in the arm.
