Man Charged In Stonington Crash That Damaged Electrical Wires
A Hartford man is facing charges after his rental truck pulled electrical wires off of houses.
STONINGTON, CT - A Hartford man was charged after the rental truck he was driving struck and pulled off electrical wires from several Pequot Trail houses Monday, according to The Westerly Sun. Tynell Barnes, 31, was charged with evading responsibility in a crash causing damage to property and failure to carry a license.
Police received a call about the incident 5:20 a.m. Monday, which occurred on Pequot Trail/Route 234 near the intersection with West Broad Street. Several homes lost power following the wreck.
