Man Seriously Injured In Ladder Fall In Stonington: Reports

A man required CPR and was hospitalized after he fell off a ladder Wednesday, according to reports.

STONINGTON, CT — A man was seriously injured and required CPR after a fall from a ladder Wednesday afternoon in Stonington, according to The Day of New London.

The man was cutting a tree limb when the accident occurred.

Police, Westerly Ambulance, and the Pawcatuck Fire Department responded to a South Anguilla Road address on a report of an unresponsive man on the ground, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.

A 65-year-old man had fallen from the ladder. Emergency personnel immediately began CPR on the man.

He was taken to Westerly Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
