Mostly Music, Shakespeare in the Park, Municipal Meetings and More, Lots More

What's up this week? Lots!

Monday it’s Blue Monday at Mystic River Park featuring Al Copley and The Profit Motive from 6 to 8.

Tuesday do not miss Summer Sounds at Mystic River Park at 7. The always awesome Westerly Band with Pie in the Face Polka with Mike Freitas and Andrew Howell (director of the Chorus of Westerly) as they perform their own version of the pie fight in the movie, the Great Race, the  Mystic River Cha Cha, a piece composed by Pat Siravo for this very concert, and Nocturne, a solo performed by 13 year old Peter Kelmelis. Bravo in advance!

Wednesday is the Colonial Theatre's Shakespeare in the Park opening night with curtain on ‘Taming of the Shrew’ at 8 p.m. Continues through August 17. This is their 22nd year! For more info, check the Colonial’s website. Sponsored in part by Pfizer, L+M and Olde Mistick Village!
