Mystic Butcher Shop To Close Due To Rising Costs
Grass & Bone will close the butcher shop side of its business at the end of the year.
MYSTIC, CT — Grass & Bone, a downtown Mystic restaurant and butcher shop, will close the butcher shop side of the business due to rising costs, according to The New London Day. The shop opened in 2017.
The restaurant side of the business will continue operating.
Grass & Bone wrote in a Facebook post: "With much sadness we would like to announce that December 31st, will be the last day that we will have a butcher shop inside Grass & Bone. In short, we have realized that our butcher shop is just not a sustainable business model. For now, the restaurant will continue operating as it always has, with Kevin's amazing tacos, our rotisserie chicken and all of the other dishes you have grown to love over the years.
