Mystic Doughnut Shop Makes List Of Those 'Worth The Drive'
A Mystic doughnut shop landed on a list of the best in the region. The Boston publication says its doughnuts are worth traveling for.
MYSTIC, CT — Young Buns Doughnuts of Mystic has made Eater Boston's list of "New England Doughnuts Worth the Drive." It was the only Connecticut doughnut shop to make the cut.
"When planning travel around New England, throw away all thoughts about traffic or car problems," Eater Boston wrote. "Instead, start thinking about all the places to grab doughnuts along the way because — what’s better than a doughnut and iced coffee?
"Whether the trip calls for a dozen potato doughnuts; funky flavors like Earl Grey; or a classic old fashioned; there’s a sweet option available."
