Mystic Irish Parade Taking Place this Weekend

MYSTIC, CT - Residents should plan for a little extended St. Patrick's Day fun, as the Mystic Irish Parade will take place this weekend, the New London Day reported.

The free event takes place Sunday, March 19, at 1 p.m., according to the New London Day. The parade will travel from Mystic Seaport on Route 27 to Mystic Museum of Art on Water Street.

An annual favorite, the parade celebrates its 14th consecutive year of bringing smiles to Mystic residents' faces, the New London Day reported. The parade typically draws over 3,000 attendees each year.
