Mystic Pizza Sues PA Business For Trademark Infringement

MYSTIC, CT - The owners of Mystic Pizza, Christos and John Zelepos, have filed suit against a North Wales, Pa., restaurant claiming trademark infringement, the Hartford Courant reported. They're also claiming cybersquatting in the suit related to the registration of an internet address - mysticpizzeria.com - which similar to a trademarked name.

The 1988 film "Mystic Pizza" made the restaurant a top attraction in town for tourists.
