• This represents an increase of 11.9%, or $33,250, compared to the prior quarter and an increase of 46.6% compared to the prior year. 
• Sales prices have appreciated 39.1% over the last 5 years in Mystic.
• Average listing price for homes in Mystic was $598,228 for the week ending Sep 10, which represents a decline of 0.7%, or $4,067 compared to the prior week and a decline of 4%, or $25,155, compared to the week ending Aug 20. 
• Average price per square foot for homes in Mystic was $174 in the most recent quarter.
