Mystic Restaurant Penalized For Alcohol Sale Violations: State

A Mystic establishment is facing a fine and permit suspension for selling alcohol to a minor, according to a state commission.

MYSTIC, CT — A Mystic establishment is facing a $1,000 fine and a one-day suspension of its liquor permit, according to the state Department of Consumer Protection Liquor Control Commission.

Chapter One Fine Food & Drink at 32 W. Main St. will have its permit suspended May 15. The establishment is accused of sale to a minor, statement from purchaser as to age, and minor in barroom.
