New Kitchen Store Planned To Open In Olde Mistick Village
The store is planned to open in the location of Gray Goose Cookery, which will be closing after 30 years.

MYSTIC, CT — A new kitchen store is planned to open in Olde Mistick Village this summer in the location of Gray Goose Cookery, which will be closing after 30 years in business, the New London Day reported.
According to the Day, Stefan Ambrosch already owns a number of culinary businesses in the village, including Mango's Wood-Fired Pizza Co. and Vault Coffee Roasters. The new store, Kitch, will keep some Gray Goose employees.
Ambrosch said he plans to increase the amount of cooking classes offered at the store and would like to add a wood-fired oven for pizza-making classes and demonstrations, according to the Day.
