North Stonington Man Killed In Crash: Report

NORTH STONINGTON, CT — A North Stonington man died early Sunday when his car hit a tree on Ryder Road, according to The New London Day. William Silva, 21, of 470 Cossaduck Hill Road, was killed in the crash.

Silva was driving west in a Nissan Altima at 3:12 a.m. when he came around a curve and, for an unknown reason, crossed the yellow dividing line, traveled into the shoulder, and struck a tree.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to The New London Day.
