A supplemental tax bill will come in the future.

NORTH STONINGTON, CT ā North Stonington officials have decided to wait until August to schedule a budget hearing as taxpayers await to hear what the final mill rate will be.
Uncertainty over the state budget has caused confusion and frustration for local government officials. The town sent out tax bills on July 1 with the same mill rate as last year, according to The Day.
A supplemental bill will come down the road to make up any difference.
