Pizza Restaurant Proposed For Former Mystic Dunkin'
Plans call for a former Dunkin' to be converted into a pizza restaurant.
MYSTIC, CT — A proposal would convert a closed Dunkin' shop on Route 1 into a pizza restaurant, according to The New London Day. Ignazio's Mystic LLC is seeking a special use permit for the 64-seat restaurant.
The owner, Louis Termini, currently operates pizza restaurants in Westport and Brooklyn, NY. The restaurant would be open 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. six days a week and closed on Monday, representing a 50% reduction in hours compared to Dunkin'.
