Popular Restaurant To Open Mystic Location
A restaurant with an existing location in Simsbury will open an establishment in Mystic later this year.
MYSTIC, CT — A popular Simsbury eatery will be getting a second location in Mystic. Popover Eatery has plans to open in November in the former Grass & Bone building at 24 E. Main St., The Day reported.
The space has been vacant for a year and a half. Popover, a breakfast-and-lunch place, is expected to offer outdoor dining, curbside pickup, and grab-and-go options.

Popover noted on its website that it will be opening a Mystic location and is hiring for all positions. The restaurant started in 2014.
Best of Hartford gave the nod to Popover for best gluten-free menu in 2015 and 2016 and best brunch in 2016.

Popover receives 4.5 out of 5 stars on Google and 4.2 out of 5 stars on Facebook.
