Dynamic Stretching: the Missing Link to Fitness, Athletic Performance, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation.
The course included:
- the science behind dynamic stretching
- benefits to the neuromuscular system
- types of stretches (dynamic, static and balistic)
- how it increases performance
- injury/rehab protocals
- how to combine dynamic stretching with PNF
- how to develop individualized programs for special populations such as youth, general fitness, athletes, rehabilitation and geriatric populations
