Precision Fitness Coaches Learn the Missing Link to Fitness

Coach Mike Pinto, LMT (on the table) and Coach Todd Cambio, CSCS (taking picture…haha) attended an incredible seminar to futrther their education in the fitness field called:

Dynamic Stretching: the Missing Link to Fitness, Athletic Performance, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation.

The course included:
- the science behind dynamic stretching
- benefits to the neuromuscular system
- types of stretches (dynamic, static and balistic)
- how it increases performance
- injury/rehab protocals
- how to combine dynamic stretching with PNF
- how to develop individualized programs for special populations such as youth, general fitness, athletes, rehabilitation and geriatric populations
