Residents Of Stonington Apartments 'Trapped' Due To Broken Elevator
The residents of a Stonington apartment building say they feel trapped due to a broken elevator, according to a report.
STONINGTON, CT — Residents at the Spruce Meadows Apartments in Stonington say the three-story building's only elevator has been out of service since last week, according to FOX 61. Residents have pleaded with the apartment manager to fix the problem, but haven't received any answers.
Those with disabilities said that they feel trapped in the building. Residents also have concerns about what would happen in the event of a medical emergency.
