STONINGTON, CT - The Stonington Assistant Superintendent of Schools is set to retire this year, as reported by the New London Day.

Nikki Gullickson has announced that she will retire in June at the end of the school year, according to the New London Day. Her decision comes from a desire to spend more time with her family.

Gullickson has worked with the district for the last several years, the New London Day reported. She is currently also handling the duties of Superintendent Van Riley as he recovers from surgery.
