Stonington Business Owner Charged With Unwanted Sexual Contact: Report

A Velvet Mill business owner has been charged​ following alleged unwanted sexual contact with a woman in June, according to a report.

STONINGTON, CT — A Velvet Mill business owner has been charged following alleged unwanted sexual contact with a woman in June, according to The New London Day. David Drown, 52, of Jamestown, RI, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Police arrested Drown on a warrant Saturday at the Velvet Mill, where he owns ArtPrint Studio.
