There will be a special breakfast meeting for commercial property and business owners in Groton and Stonington on the topic of 100% available funding for energy improvements for commercial property owners.

C-PACE funding is available to owners of commercial, industrial, agricultural and non-profit buildings and multi-residential buildings (not single family home owners) to make use of energy conservation and/or alternative energy. No upfront money is by the property owner.

Funding is available today to pay for:

• Improved lighting
• Heating & Cooling
• Solar Panels
• Motors
• Insulation
• Water pumps
• Solar Panels
• Fuel Cells
