Stonington Couple Sues Neighbors, Accuses Them of Spying on Them
The suit claims the neighbor's' surveillance is a "deliberate and calculated effort" to harass them.

STONINGTON, CT -- A couple is suing their next door neighbors, claiming the people next door are spying on them, The Day reported.
Dave and Reba Williams of Water Street claim their neighbors have used the windows and porches of their newly enlarged home to continuously spy on them, according to The Day. They also accuse the neighbors of possibly recording and photographing them.
The suit does not offer any reasons for the harassment, but claims neighbors Randall and Elizabeth Bean’s surveillance is a deliberate and calculated effort to harass them, The Day reported. The suit seeks monetary damages and injunction barring their neighbors from spying on them.
