The “Sweat for Soldiers” event is an example of one piece of Bethany’s Fitnostics business model – giving back! The event consists of participants challenging themselves to do as many reps of pushups and squat jumps as possible in 90-second intervals.
The spirit and prime purpose of the event is to honor service members and their families who have and continue to sacrifice so much for all of us. The event, which has generated over $20,000 in the last 4-years, will once again donate all proceeds to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Bethany and her team have setup an event on Facebook so people may join-in and receive progress updates. There is also a Crowdrise.com page where individuals may join the team and even donate to the great cause securely online! Event Coordinator,
Monty Volovski, is very excited to be going into the events 5th year and is expecting it to be another great success. Monty is also seeking out any businesses that may want to sponsor or donate in-kind services to the cause – every little bit helps!
