1. Stonington may not be able to lift Mystic sewer moratorium: The Water Pollution Control Authority began diverting 300,000 gallons of sewage from a Mystic plant two years ago. Even with the diversion, the Mystic plant is exceeding its permit limit of 800,000 gallons per day. (theday.com)
