Pursuant to the Connecticut General Statutes and the Subdivision and Zoning Regulations of the Town of Stonington, revision of 1958 and all amendments thereto, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their October 20, 2020, virtual special meeting held via WebEx service, voted on the following applications as indicated:
PZ2019RA D'Amato Investments, LLC ā Zoning Regulation Amendment to allow Personal Services as a Permitted Use in the Light Industry zoning district (LI-130). Approved as Amended. Effective Date: 11/9/20PZ2021RA Town of Stonington PZC (GFA) - Zoning Regulation Amendment to clarify "Gross Floor Area" as the method of determining a building's area and to modify the regulations regarding the location of detached Accessory Dwelling Units in front of primary dwellings. Approved as Amended. Effective Date: 11/9/20
