Stonington Police Department Issues Warning On Car Thefts
Police said car thefts continue to increase both nationally and locally.
STONINGTON, CT — Police are warning residents to lock their vehicles due to a surge in car thefts.
They issued the following alert on Facebook:
"We are urging all residents to lock their vehicles and take your keys with you. Car thefts continue to increase nationwide and even locally. Please remind family and friends to secure their vehicles and property!! Share our post!!"
