Stonington Police: Woman Drives Drunk Twice in Less Than a Day

The Nevada woman's car was found the second time with an almost finished bottle of vodka.

Stonington police arrested a Nevada woman two times in less an 24 hours for driving under the influence.

According to theday.com, Magdalena M. Favorite, 64, of Henderson, NV, drove into a stone wall of a private home at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday and got away before police could apprehend her.

The article said she was released on a $50,000 non-surety bond Thursday at 7:33 a.m.

Police receive an anonymous call at 10:14 a.m. Thursday that the Nevada woman was again drinking and driving.
Theday.com reported that police found her parked car in downtown Pawcatuck with a mostly consumed bottle of vodka and the keys in the ignition.

Favorite is being held on a bond and is scheduled to appear in court Friday.
