Stonington Public Schools Exit Lockdown, Everyone Is Safe: Officials
Several school districts across the state received false reports of active shooters at schools on Friday, according to officials.

STONINGTON, CT — Local officials said Friday afternoon that all Stonington Public Schools are "verified safe and secure," by police, and that all schools are "resuming the normal school day."
"Lockdowns were a precaution based on threats to multiple schools across the state," local officials said.
