• According to trulia.com, the median sales price for homes in Stonington from Apr 13 to Jun 13 was $367,500 based on 18 sales.  This represents an increase of 98.6%, or $182,500, compared to the prior quarter.  
• Compared to the same period one year ago, the median sales price decreased 12.2%, or $51,000, and the number of sales decreased 43.7%.
• Average price per square foot for homes in 06378 was $274, an increase of 22.3% compared to the same period last year. 
• There are currently 219 resale and new homes in Stonington on Trulia, including 1 home in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process.
• The average listing price for homes for sale in 06378 was $886,195 for the week ending Jul 10, which represents an increase of 1.3%, or $11,296, compared to the prior week and an increase of 3.3%, or $28,343, compared to the week ending Jun 19. 
• Sales prices have depreciated 62.7% over the last 5 years in Stonington.
