Stonington Resident Joins Chelsea Groton Bank In Leadership Role

A Stonington resident recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as Vice President, Business Intelligence.

GROTON, CT – Hillary Ryan of Stonington recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as Vice President, Business Intelligence. In this role, she will be leading the Business Intelligence Department with responsibility for process improvement, project management and data management.

“Hillary brings a deep understanding and extensive experience to this role,” EVP, Director of Operations and Technology William Lidestri said in a release. “She will be a great asset to the team, as we continue to focus on continuous process improvement for current and future projects of the bank.”

Ryan was previously Director of Business Process Transformation at Barclays Bank. Prior to that, she was the Director of Process Management at Merrill Lynch and Co. in New York.

Ryan earned her B.S. in Business Finance from Lehigh University, and completed her MBA with a concentration in Finance at Fordham University. She also has a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
