SUV Goes Airborne Twice, Crashes Into Trees In Stonington: Report
Police said the vehicle went airborne twice and crashed into some trees, however the driver declined medial treatment.

STONINGTON, CT – Police said the driver of an SUV escaped injury after his vehicle went airborne twice and crashed into some trees Monday afternoon in Pawcatuck. Police said it appeared the SUV struck an embankment along the side of Pequot Trail, which sent the vehicle airborne.
According to the New London Day, police said the vehicle struck a rock after landing and went airborne again, then continued across a lawn before crashing into the trees. The driver declined medial treatment, police said.
