Talented Massage Therapists at STONINGTON NATURAL HEALTH CENTER

Stonington Natural Health Center is excited to announce our four talented Licensed Massage Therapists Beth Augustyniak, Chelsea Reber Bein, Emily Vessey, and Melissa Smith.

A Licensed and Accredited Practitioner, Beth has received training and attended various national and international workshops in Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Deep Tissue Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Nutrition, Reiki, and Reconnective Healing. She specializes in Sports Massage and works with chronic pain and injuries, using Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release, stretches, and gentle moves and holds depending on client needs. Beth lived abroad for 10 years, as director of a beautiful retreat center in southern Spain. She has worked with a number of celebrities during her career. Currently a member of the Hands On Trade Association and the World Federation of Healing, Beth is also a Reconnection Healer and Practitioner.

A graduate of Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Chelsea is trained in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial and Deep Tissue Release, Acupressure, Energetic Healing, Therapeutic and Clinical Massage, and Rehabilitation Massage. She is gifted in intuitive touch, which she incorporates into her massages. She understands that each person is unique structurally, biochemically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Emily, our newest Licensed Massage Therapist, is blessed to practice her passion through healing touch. She is a proud Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy graduate. Emily specializes in Therapeutic and Clinical Massage. She is trained in various modalities, including Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Acupressure, and Energy Balancing. Emily is available after your acupuncture treatments with Dr. Megan Marco, at Stonington Natural Health Center, and for home visits.

In practice for over 16 years, Melissa specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Sciatic Issues, Headache Relief, and Prenatal Massage. She brings great energy and warmth to the Center, and her experience helps clients transform into well-balanced, relaxed, and focused individuals.
