UPDATE: Thanksgiving Breakfast In Memory of Flo Klewin Raises $2,000

Proceeds go to Safe Futures, the place in SECT for those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault.

Update on Sun. Dec. 1:

We were told that more than 125 people were served Thanksgiving morning and more than $2,000 was raised for a southeastern Connecticut agency that helps victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

In memory of Flo Klewin, the beloved owner of Kitchen Little, the crew from the restaurant will be serving a Thanksgiving breakfast with proceeds going to Safe Futures. 

The breakfast will be held Thursday, Nov. 28 from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Portuguese Holy Ghost Society, 26 Main St., Stonington Borough. 

The cost for breakfast is $11 with all proceeds going to safefuturesct.org, formerly the Women's Center of SE Connecticut which helps to save lives, restores hope and changes the future for those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault in southeastern Connecticut.
