So make sure your post-Thanksgiving workout is hitting the mark!

We don’t want to spoil ALL the fun of Thanksgiving, but forewarned is forearmed! So here are some calorie counts for a typical Thanksgiving meal, and then some information on calories burned by various workouts. Let’s call it food for thought.
