Very Large Bird Causes Motorcycle Crash in Stonington: Police
Police said a motorcycle crash on I-95 was caused by what was described as a "very large bird."
STONINGTON, CT - A motorcycle crash on Interstate 95 was caused by what was described as a āvery large bird,ā the New London Day reported.
The accident occurred Monday afternoon between exits 92 and 91 of I-95, according to the New London Day. Police said the bird flew into the rider and caused him to lose control. (To sign up for Stonington/Mystic breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
The driver sustained minor injuries from the crash, the New London Day reported.
