Victim In Stonington Fatal Plow Accident ID'd: UPDATE

STONINGTON, CT — Police have identified a man who was struck and killed by a plow in an accident at the Stone Ridge senior living community, according to The New London Day. Chester D. Andrews, 91, was taken to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The accident, which occurred Friday morning, is under investigation. Any charges would be filed once the investigation is complete, according to The New London Day.
