WATCH: St. Michael's 'New' Day At 'Old' West Broad Street School
Mask-wearing St. Michael's students were greeted with live music, ceremony and prayer at its "new" site, the old West Broad Street School.
PAWCATUCK, CT —Back in January, it was decided that the town would be the landlord and the church would be the tenant.
In the year marking the 120th birthday of West Broad Street School, which was shuttered last spring, its classrooms are again welcoming schoolchildren.
St. Michael's Church is leasing the century-old school for so it can serve its student population.
