Winter Conditioning For Rowers

Winter FUUUUUN Indoors! Noank Rowing Club offers all ages & all abilities an opportunity to get off the sofa & move a lil'!

Join us on Tues & Thurs 5:30-6:30pm Jan 13 - Mar 5, 2015

Winter Conditioning for Rowers is for All Ages and All Abilities wanting to start, improve or maintain their fitness levels throughout the winter months.

Don’t know how to row? That’s just fine! About half of the class will learn or has learned how to row during this Winter Conditioning class!

These sessions include Pilates, Low Impact Workouts, Stretching, Calisthenics, Ergometer use, a bit-o-health Physiology and Fitness Training.

We beautifully span the ages from ~10 students (ages 12-18) ~ 20 adults (ages 20-60 something)
