WIRELESS ZONE IN GROTON AWARDED JULY BUSINESS OF THE MONTH

Each month, the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce highlights a member business deserving of special recognition. We are thrilled to announce Wireless Zone, located at 220 Route 12 in Groton, as the July recipient of the Business of the Month award. Throughout the month of June, we received nominations for this award from businesses in many different industries. The award is based on several factors, including outstanding community involvement, achievements and overall success.

Wireless Zone has truly been a community partner and leader in Southeastern Connecticut for the past twenty years. Initially founded at the beginning of the “cell phone age,” Wireless Zone started in Connecticut in 1988 and has now spread nationally.

Neil Ryan and Scott Gladstone, owners of the Groton Wireless Zone, have been in the business for more than twenty years. Throughout that time, they have maintained their commitment to the local community on numerous occasions and have provided superb customer service to their patrons. They have given over $100,000 to local nonprofit organizations and have been involved with many local initiatives, including the Mystic Irish Parade, which is now one of the largest in the area.

Not only is Wireless Zone philanthropic and involved, it also has incredible staff. Their professional employees are focused on assisting each customer with courtesy and respect, and will continue to assist each customer until they are satisfied.

Wireless Zone, under the ownership of Neil Ryan and Scott Gladstone, has been an integral part of our community and will continue to be for many more years.
