
This practice incorporates Integrated Positional Therapy
within a yoga practice to relieve pain in the low back in addition to building
strength and flexibility. Less of a meditative practice and more functional
work to improve posture and improve overall quality of life. Suitable for
students under the regular care of a professional (chiropractor/physical
therapist, etc). NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Beginners welcome and encouraged. Drop
