Have you noticed "The Mean Machines" (New Stratford Police Cruisers) around town. They have a ominous total black look to them. Instead of giving the Serve and Protect message it seems more like cuff and arrest.
They look like a war machine. With the battle uniforms used at some of the police crime scenes it looks like a military operation rather than a small town police force. This is happening all over the country. Are we heading towards a military governance?
