2 Stratford Residents Charged In Milford: Police

Police said they responded to the retailer's parking lot on a breach of peace complaint.

MILFORD, CT — Two Stratford residents, Bebeth Etienne, 29, and Guyphilippe Bien-Aime, 34, both of Hollister Street, are accused of yelling at two men in the parking lot of the Milford Walgreens, 1083 Boston Post Road, and banging on the hood of their vehicle, Milford Police said.

Police responded to the Walgreens parking lot at 2:15 p.m. on Jan. 17 on a breach of peace complaint. Both Etienne and Bien-Aime are charged with breach of peace and were given court dates of Feb. 11.
