AutoParts International Leases Industrial Space in Stratford, CT

STRATFORD, CT - MARCH 24, 2016 – Jon Angel, President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., announces the lease of 9,566 square feet of industrial space located at 120 Allen Street in Stratford, Connecticut, to AutoParts International Inc., a Massachusetts-based corporation. “The space had been on the market for less than two months,” states Angel, who represented the landlord in this transaction.
