Stratford Recreation Girls Basketball Team Played as Halftime Show at NCAA Women Game
What an experience these girls from Stratford Recreation Girl's Basketball league had to play as the halftime show at the NCAA Division 1, Kentucky versus Delaware game on the actual court.
On Saturday March 30, 2013 Stratford Recreation Department Girl's Basketball Teams in the 7th-9th grade level had a chance to play as the halftime show at the Kentucky versus Delaware Division 1 game held at Harbor Yard.
The girls were also asked to fist pump the players as they emerged from the tunnels.
This was an experience that these girls will never forget. They were all thankful for the chance and were very appreciative of the chance to play basketball on a NCAA Womens Court.

UConn went on to win the Regional Series held here at Harbor Yard on the Road to New Orleans.
