A Call for Artists: Artists & Artisans in Paradise

The Coastal Arts Guild of CT continues its call for artists, artisans, and fine crafters for “Artists & Artisans in Paradise 2015″ to be held Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Paradise Green, in Stratford, CT.
The guild welcomes applications from fine artists and artisans who create work from across the spectrum of the handmade arts, including fine artists, makers of original arts and crafts, and food artisans.
In particular, the organizers welcome ceramic, glass, woodworkers, watercolor and food artisans. No further jewelers will be accepted.

As always, no mass-market, resold work, imports or crafts from kits will be accepted for this show.
Bigger Every Year
Now in its third year, this popular and growing event attracted 1,000 locals to shop, dance, eat and enjoy the final weekend of summer break at Stratford’s Paradise Green.

“This show reaches a special audience of people not served for many years in the handmade and arts market , ” said Elizabeth Howard, guild member and marketing specialist. “Stratford’s community is ripe for more fine arts and music events.”
Guidelines: Fees are $85 to register. Deadline is July 31, 2015. Artist and food vendors can register online at http://paradiseartshow.com. As always, members receive discounts on fees.
