The Stratford Animal Rescue Society will be hosting an emergency cat adoption event on Sunday October 27th from 11am-2pm at the Stratford Animal Control Facility, 225 Beacon Point Road. The shelter has recently been inundated with a higher than usual amount of abandoned cats. Adoption fees will be paid for by STARS for qualified adopters. All cats have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for disease and microchipped. Tax deductible donations of cat litter or gift cards to pet stores are appreciated.
