A condominium plan that was splitting hairs around the Shelton/Trumbull/Stratford border has been withdrawn.

Developer John Guedes wrote to the Shelton Planning and Zoning Administrator Rick Schultz that the application was being withdrawn.

The proposed 20-unit complex at Shelton Road and Huntington Street drew opposition from neighbors who said the plan wouldn’t fit well with the single homes in the area, according to the Trumbull Times. The property also sits near open space, wetlands and a pond.
